I'd imagine not being able to pay on the gate causes the queues i saw against Salford? I got to the ground really late, about 10 to 3 and the queue to collect tickets from the ticket office was huge. Surely some people didn't get into the ground on time? I remember thinking thank God i have my season card and can just go straight to the turnstile as i wouldn't tolerate queueing in that!
On another note, we should comfortably be able to get 6000-7000 home fans now we are playing winning football again. Anything less is a disgrace to be fair
The Mansfield site says they can pay at the gate tomorrow, so expect some congestion if sales and ticket collection have to be handled at the same gates.
I’ve seen some very sad news tonight about a legendary member of our fanbase that means that tomorrow’s attendance will be one down from what it should be. So sad.
