Up coming rail strikes

I know it’s a long shot but does anyone on here know what percentage trains are running on the days of the strikes.
 I’m not interested in the pros and cons of the industrial action, just what amount of trains are running

I’m in London next week and having to come back a day early as there are no LNER or East Midlands trains running at all.
