Well done Filo. I'm currently on the 16:8 fasting plan. I've lost a stone and down to 14st 4lb. I could go without bread relatively easily (which is good as it is calorie dense), however I eat pasta several evenings a week.Ultimately, the success of any diet will come down to being in a calorie deficit meaning anything can be consumed in moderation.
