I think we could come up with better rule changes.

First couple depends on correct  interpretation which by referees struggle with anyway.

Football could learn a great deal from the way Rugby polices these issues.

Only the captain allowed to converse with the ref about anything, anyone else gets booked.

If a player goes down injured the medical team come on and just deal with it, the game does not need to stop unless its obviously serious.

If a player infringes in a way that is not adequately dealt with by a yellow then they are sin binned for 10 mins,

And lastly, take the time keeping duties off the on field official, let him indicate to a timekeeper when the match starts and stops, to cut out slow play and slow substitutions. the timekeeper can keep playing until a proper 30mins has been played excluding all stoppages.

If they chllange the refs decision then mach them back 10 mts,

I totally agree with his first one. I've never understood how a cheating kitson can be lauded by pundits for making a "professional foul". OK, it might be necessary to do it in certain situations, but there should still be consequences for it, and a free kick just outside the area sounds about right.

I don’t think any of them are that bad, the feigning injury one is difficult to determine but overall not bad and would contribute to more time the ball would be in play

It will come as no surprise to ANYONE that I particularly like this bit

Although I would let an official off the field start and stop the Clock not wait for ref to tell him to

The players who scream loudly when tackled and the ones who roll about “to show the ref they have been fouled” are usually the ones who are play acting.

Faking fouls is the one to be stamped out. Nobody should "win a penalty" it should be given for foul play. It is a difficult one for refs to deal with at the time, but if they do spot it it should definitely be a red card, with a mandatory 6 match ban. See how quickly things change! If the ref doesn't spot it, but cameras do, pull them in front of a panel and the same punishment applies, except it is a six week ban from traing in addition to the 6 match ban. No fines, they are laughable for the multi millionaires who trample over the game at the highest levels.

Oh, I’m with you on it, I just don’t trust the officials can

The so-called “professional foul”, “taking one for the team” is an abuse and should be punished more heavily. Perhaps, not only by a free kick on the edge of the box, but also a yellow card plus a 10  minute sin binning.

One rule change I favour (which may be dismissed as fantasy) is increasing the size of the goals. In relation to the size of goalkeepers, the chances of scoring in the  Ken Hardwick - Alan Hodgkinson era were a good deal greater. Increasing the width by a metre and the height by 30 cm would make scoring easier. In an ideal world the size of the goal might be adjusted to align with the height of the goalkeeper. You would have to have goals that were adjustable at half time. We would have to risk the development of a breed of goalkeepers who were short, but had long arms!
