Carlton Palmer

I ran the Sheffield Half marathon on Sunday. I was quite pleased with my time and scanning down the results could see that I had beaten Carlton Palmer. I had seen Carlton starting much further up than me but couldn't remember overtaking him.

Then saw that he had a 'small' heart attack during the race but still only finished a few minutes behind me and was then hospitalised.

Slightly less pleased about beating Carlton now, did I not like that.
