Fanzine Deadline Looming
« on April 13, 2023, 12:00:00 pm by VivaRovers »
Work has started on the last fanzine of the season, for which the submission deadline is 30 April.

Now 25 years old, popular STAND is the longest serving completely independent platform for Rovers fans, so if there's something you want to get off your chest then we're very much here for it. As ever, I always welcome articles from anyone.

Also, submissions for two of our regular features would be very welcome...
- Memorable Memorabilia: Tell us all about a favourite piece of Rovers memorabilia you own.
- Remembering the First Time: Tell us all about your first Rovers match

This will be the last fanzine for a while so if you've always wanted to write something for it, but never quite got round to it, this would be the perfect time to tick it off your bucket list.

You can find a few more details about writing for the fanzine, including how to get in touch, here.

If you've never written anything for the 'zine in the 25 years it's been around I can very much recommend doing so. We're lucky to have such a high quality print fanzine and it'll be very much missed during its break from publication The work that Glen puts into editing it must not go unappreciated. It's a big job to take on voluntarily and the output is consistently excellent.
