I thought this was an interesting graph. Who else on here has seen their wages for doing the same job increase by over 50% in the past 10 years?
But we can't pay nurses or teachers more.

What a misleading chart that is. The increase is mostly for the Buckingham palace repairs.
No doubt the royals are privileged financially but pros and cons aren't there.

Ive always thought that Thatcher missed a trick when she failed to privatise the Corporation that is the British RF,
In this day and age its not right that the state(ie, you)should be paying for anything related to the RF, if it had been privatised then it could of raised its own capital for residences and linked businesses and then sold shares in it all.
People who were then predisposed towards this organisation could of funded them by purchasing the shares.
Win win all around with a healthy saving for the UK tax payer.

The King needs to make sure that he cashes in on the Royal appointments.ie HP Sauce, Kellogg, etc. Make pay up to have the new Royal appointment and then use the Money to fund The Poor!

By 2032 the Dogger Bank will be producing Enough electricity to fuel 25 million homes, by 2050 it will produce enough for 85 million
Just mentioned this in the Gas prices post. Just look at the other off shore schemes, we need to develop batter storage capacity and we will be laughing.
