Just for fairness I see that Jess Philips is being investigated for not declaring interests outside of Parliament within the 28 day limit.
However I also see that BEEB have it splashed up on their web page much quicker than previous MPs under investigation for whatever reason, just saying

If it was just for fairness was there any need for the second paragraph?

The fairness is in stopping some bleating that only Tory MPs get mentioned for being under investigation
