28' - GOOOAAALLLL ROVERS!!

And it's three! With a second from Joe Ironside.

It was really good play from Rovers as Kyle Hurst was sent clear into acres of space down the left. He cut the ball back low to the near post where Ironside raced in to slot home.

26' - GOOOAAALLLL ROVERS!!

Tommy Rowe doubles the advantage for Rovers.

Rowe latched onto a clearance from the hosts, shifted into space and lashed a low effort from 25 yards which deflected past Cameron Gregory.

Reading the blog, we appear to be shooting at goal from anywhere up to 40 yards out. Lots of shots. Can’t wait for the season to start if this is a sign of things to come.
