Says so on the website. Not sure if it's MW or FM - but you will know when you tune in.

That's funny, I thought exactly the same and switched off pronto but the damage was already done.

I listened on radio Shef as my radio was playing up and couldn’t get Talksport 2 on, Mickey was painful listening as you come to expect.

That reminds me of Brian Clough saying he took responsibility for Englands defeat against Poland after he said the Polish keeper was a clown.
The keeper went on to have a blinder.
Of course the defeat was nothing to do with Clough, or Mickey Walker either yesterday.
(Tongue in cheek emoji here).

Mickey's not the best commentator neither is Lee Turnball.Coincidently Mickey had a night off when they beat Hull.I used to like Brian Moore but could' nt  stand Motson.

But Mickey isn’t a commentator is he.
He just adds his “expert opinion”.

He always reminds me of the ‘jumpers for goalposts’ sketch on the Fast show.

I have to say that he is a pal of mine so I can’t betray the friendship and say anything bad about him.  :boxing:

Lee Turnbull reads & conveys his thoughts on the game far better than MW in my humble opinion.

In his own way Mickey's a very entertaining commentator and makes a change from many of the others. It's not his fault that over the past few seasons he's had comment on quite a few defeat's.

Perhaps Radio Sheffield should approach someone else with Rovers connections to do the summarising, any ideas , but not anyone currently employed by the club, other clubs do it

I’ve always thought of John Buckley as a summariser.
