Out of interest I thought I would find out !
When I am crawling to Mrs Coleman I have in the past bought her some Lindt so it might be summat to do with some place that makes chocolates like Norway - the name sounds like it is a cold place
alas it's not Switzerland either but L'Autriche Österreich or Austria to you and me
Ok so we imagine it's a nice picturesque place for starters
ALAS NO
Well this came as quite a shock
"Linz is suffocating in garbage – and the city is watching
Published on September 20, 2023 Linz"

Unfortunately, it's a fact: dirt, grime, dirt in Linz –
even in the tree boxes on the southern highway, where there are trash cans every few meters. An inconvenient truth in this context: migrants and their completely indifferent approach to the issue of waste disposal.
In many of these cultures, throwing away on the spot is quite normal –
perhaps incorporating appropriate training in German lessons or other courses would help here. To do this, however, the official bodies in the city would finally have to recognize this problem and address it clearly.
However, the city is not only negligent when it comes to cleaning, but also when it comes to punishment: garbage sinners still don't have to be afraid of being prosecuted, while other cities have long been using "waste watchers"
to make pigs pay accordingly.
Funny stickers on trash cans alone don't help...
Now that's shocked both you and me
