I would think that when this fraud trial is over all the banks and insurance companies mentioned will want a piece of him too.
All the news articles I have seen show Trump in a position where he seriously might just win.I don’t think a Biden win is cut and dried.

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong here but I don't think there is any explicit law that stops a convicted or even incarcerated criminal from being President. So there's a non-zero chance we could see a President governing from a jail cell. It sounds like a comedy sketch but nothing I've read says it can't happen, anyway!I'm sure there are indirect means of stopping that from happening - some states are refusing to have him on the ballot for example. But the US is fully in the Twilight Zone nowadays.
