Mental Health Video

Norwich City launched a mental health awareness video which I think is a really powerful reminder to check on those around us, and sometimes the signs of mental health can be hard to spot. A reminder to us all that we could always be nicer in life (and on this forum) and take better care of each other.

This hit me too. Just experiencing a family illness, and the video does a brilliant job of highlighting that we do need to talk and also encourage others to talk. Well done to whoever produced it.
