I'd be doing light training, focusing more on tactics and mentality. Plus making the players take ice baths
Salford like us have improved recently but have consistently been up there in this league in recent years. Will be a tough game, especially with a fatigued squad. Out-of-form Grimsby should be a much easier game, especially if we have a few back by then.

I use my missus to reduce my swellings.

Essentially fighting the bodies natural response.
