Over the years I have seen many historical   18 &.19 th Century cartoons caricatures etc some Punch drawings they were far better than nowadays .

i DIDN'T REALISE A CERTAIN COUNTRY HAD TAKEN OVER EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO BE INSULTED BY IT.
