The Bench

I must admit that I'm not completely up on this, but last night must have been one of the only times this season that we had a strong group of subs on the bench who you could describe as potential game changes? Quite a few times this season it was almost as if the bench was made up of players who were on there simply because we had nobody else (with all due respect) in my opinion.

As the injured players come back I think that the second half of the season will see us much stronger than the first half, though I still think that the play off's are slightly out of reach for this season.

Next 3 league games will tell us whether we can make a challenge for the play offs from January onwards imo. HA
We really need all 9 points but 7 is i min requisite. Less and we have a heck of a lot to do.

We are, currently, far too inconsistent to get into the play-off’s. Hopefully, 1 or 2 additions in January will help us.

It's our away form that'll scupper us this season. We've won seven of the last nine at home; if we could get anywhere close tot hat on the road we'd be flying.

The way things are at present I will be more than happy to get a top half finish, plus gaining some extra dosh of course.

I agree with this. A good season will be a top half finish and a bit further progress in both cups.

I doubt that the board and GM would agree with you on that.

The bench has been the difference in a few games this season most notably against Stockport when they could bring on quality and we couldn’t

Win out game in hand and we're five points off the play offs with more than half the season to go. Our forms improving and it's too early to write us off just yet.

Agree but as mentioned above away form will definitely have to improve.
