Piece from Lincoln site....https://staceywest.net/2024/01/22/the-story-ends-hakeeb-adelakun-leaves-on-loan/Looks like his face didn't fit and he was played out of position - Lincoln don't like wingers..... He is out of contract at the end of the season and might be a possible replacement for Jon Taylor...?

My lad’s Lincoln friend says he is a 10/10 one game and a 2/10 the next. In fairness that’s standard for this level. If he puts in 10/10 performances every couple of games I am sure we will all be happy enough

I think Grant may have him covering the central spot. Don’t really get the thinking regarding the balance of the squad at the minute. Can we really rely on JT to get/stay fit?! Harken can play anywhere across the front 3 and his versatility is probably one of the reasons grant moved for him when he caught wind he was available this window. Personally I could maybe see Hurst dropping into a 10 position for us Can he play in any of the front 3 positions? Possibly in the same way anyone with two legs can. Can he play them all affectively though? Certainly not.

Not sure I like the smell of this one.Seems he has an initial good burst of form and then drops off. What are the odds that he plays out of his skin for a couple of months, we offer him a 2.5 year deal, and then his form collapses? Are we smart enough to dangle the carrot of a contract to get his focus for the next few months, then say thanks but no thanks? I think we all know how this ends
