Another that could be re-cycled is the 'We've got Paul Heffernan' chant which also works for Joe

I like this one actually.

He is a one of a kind cult hero, so it encapsulates him nicely.

Possibly the simplest one would just to sing “Joe Ironside” to a tune that is well known to our singing section.
Possibly to “we're f*kcing shit”
That would be nice and easy.
