Contrary to every one else, this was my longest ever Connections.
Got the Green straight off, so confidence high.
2 x 1a yellow.
Blue.
Stared at 8 words. I know the Yellow Connection, this should be easy.
Normally I'd plonk another guess in, just to get it over with but I had an optician appt so left it hanging.
After the optician I went on a walk and was thinking of what I considered the outlier of the 8 words, 'William'.
Had a eureka moment and got the P and then the Y was a given.

Yes I got there eventually , but not easily maybe 15 minutes thanks to a lucky guess on G

They looked spurious and I didn't spot the P at all.
