Last week a friend of mine was talking about Liverpool going for a big margin win against Man Utd to close the goal difference with Arsenal.
Of course they didn’t even win the game.
Grant will just want to get a win, the margin of victory won’t be in his head.

Agree with this. We’ve been on such an unreal run but must be running on fumes now, especially with such a thin squad in some places. We’ve literally got no option now other than Joe, either in game or out of game. Maybe Adelakun through middle? Potentially Waters? Neither ideal but don’t see any other option to give an option to Joe.

You can’t imagine Grant and team have not thought and talked tactics ..all down to team interaction of individuals .I liked the comment that Adekalun said that Sterry  told him to expect  a deep cross like that and that Sterry and Molyneux work together like clockwork and that the back line and midfield now join up !

Yes they beat Newport, but that was Newport’s sixth defeat in a row. Doesn’t mean much I don’t think. Stanley are still bottom of the 10 game form table.

On top of them having nothing to play for, almost their entire squad is out of contract in the summer.

I think we’ll win 4-0 (25/1 on skybet).
