Some of you may recall BST’s ‘lecture’ on the ‘Economic African Powerhouse that is Nigeria, oh dear he was dreadfully wrong…again!

He's like chat gpt, talks complete b*llocks, but says it with such conviction it would be hilarious if it wasn't as sad.
Feel quite sorry for him, clearly going the way of joe biden.

Fascinating having my own troll farm, but really lads!

I'm assuming the post Sproty is frotting off over is one from 7 years ago where I posted a review by PWC into Nigeria's economic possibilities up to 2050.

I don't think we are quite there yet, but if any economic difficulties Nigeria my be having now are a source of pleasure to Sproty, I'm made up for him. I'll certainly give an undertaking that I'm not going to trawl back through his posts of the past decade .

Any need?

Billy used to wind me up with his (ongoing) refusal to be wrong but I now have a lot more respect for him having debated with him more.

You can learn things from him and sometimes have your mind changed. I doubt the same applies to you.

The obsession people have with BST on the forum is so odd. You can disagree with strangers on the internet without being a freak about it. Log off. Go outside.

I was forced to do Africa for Geography O Level, and recall my Teacher telling us in 1974 how all of these new African Counties freed from the Yoke of  colonialism would soon overtake us economically!
Roll on 40 odd years and we get the usually condescending put down from our resident “Fascist finder General” BST spouting his macroeconomic
garbage. Predicting an economic miracle in Nigeria,When I saw the article I thought he needed a reminder about how fallible his nonsense is!
