Loan keeper is a no brainer for me, look at the quality loans we've had in recent years vs contracted keepers.

Good point there, he was at Bromley almost 5 months of a playing season and 1 appearance, very odd

Grant Smith was always going to be number 1 at Bromley and didn't get injured all season. Chelsea recalled TSL in Jan so he could carry on in PL2

He was probably just there as back up 3rd or 4th choice keeper in case of injuries. As it turned out the first choice keeper played almost every game and they got promoted. Hardly going to drop him to have a look at the 3rd or 4th choice lad who isn’t their player anyway.

Interesting to see they also had Bergkamp and Byron Webster.

Hardly a wise choice for a team that's aiming for the League 2 title.
