I'll save everyone the trouble of clicking through multiple pages. It thinks we'll finish 17th.

What !!!
Super computer. Think it needs fixing.  :headbang:

If Fleetwood or Accrington finish in the top 3 and we finish outside the top 7 then i will run round Campsall stark naked.
Second thoughts no I won’t, just in case the almost impossible actually happens.

We will finish top 3, Fleetwood will finish somewhere between 9th and 17th and Accrington will finish somewhere between 18th and 24th imo.

They don’t need a “super computer” to run a Monte Carlo simulation. They just need a PC with Python on it!

As for models, they are only as good as the information that are put into them. Interesting that the info is from Grosvenor Sport, the betting arm of Grosvenor Casino. They currently have us at 10/1 4th favourite. They must use a different “super computer” for that.

Is this the same supercomputer that predicted we'd finish on fewer points than we already had on the board at the back end of last season?

I don't know but looking at that prediction I'd say 99% certain

If that computer is right, then we have a very tough opening game!

No Alan they are going to get 45 points from their last 18 games.
They won’t win any of their 1st 7 games. So we are ok.

Not a chance of the above, well 1st 7 might happen. I see Accrington as having a very difficult season and expect them to be bottom 4 & it could be worse. But what do I know?

I think this is a serious opportunity to win our opening home match. A very rare occurrence.
