2nd half against borough and late against crewe 2nd leg.

It's definitely going to be an option, not saying it's plan A.

I reckon GM will start with the 4-2-3-1 but will use 4-1-3-2 and 4-3-3 depending on opposition and how the game is panning out.

If we only finish 10th then something went very badly wrong and GM will get sacked.
If we don’t finish top 3 I will be flabbergasted.
We have the best squad in the league imo.

We finished the game yesterday playing with a flexible front formation. At times it looked like a 4-4-2 with Miller and Ironside up front.
I think it’s an option to play 2 up top.
Think 4-1-3-2 will get used from time to time.

Our core formation will be 4-2-1-3  imo.

We've only had friendlies to make initial judgments. Personally not sure we have filled the gap Craig left when our results went through the roof. I always thought midfield was weak until the Craig and Bailey partnership. I have not seen the new keeper in the flesh either.

Think everyone is been a bit over cautious or the scars of recent seasons are still fresh.

We really don’t need to be as good as we were in the run in last season. We were terrible for 2/3rds of the season and still made the playoffs. If we can just play to the sum of our parts across the whole season that’s top 3 already imo.

The standard isn’t that great and if you get after teams you’ll score. As much as the personnel helped us in the run in last season I’d say the shift in attitude was as big a factor. Looks like we’re going to start with that attitude now.

The biggest issue in our poor first 2/3 of the season was our inability to create chances. We always focussed on the defensive issues on here but the league stats showed the attack was more ineffective.

We now look like we can be goals galore. There are so many different options and rotations it shouldn’t ever go stale.

I don’t think we’ll keep as many clean sheets but it won’t matter if we have the ability to score 3 or 4 in any game.

Broadbent has been showing why GM trusts him so much.

If clifton/close/westbrooke are going to compete his shirt then on the pre season performances it can't be a bad thing for us.

CB is an issue.
Keeper is an issue.

But if we keep scoring as we are and playing attacking as we are we will be in the autos.
