What is it with us and Newport? Do they sing the stirring Welsh anthem before the game and scare the shit out of our players?

Our lads got eyes on Everton again?

Everton losing 4-0 to Brighton!

This is just a small bump along the road to success.

4th chalked off for offside. Just 3-0.

oh ye of little faith

Its isnt not having faith. Its responses to conceding straight after the break again.
Should we say "yes thats ok, we dont mind conceding"
Grant will be fuming for that.

Who switched off this time?

Moly got tackled and they broke away and scored,I thought fouled but cannot be sure without seeing replays/better angle and it was right under ref's nose so maybe it was'nt a foul, that may have been harsh on us,as for the other 2 goals,we was barely coping in midfield defensively and when he took Broadbent off and Sbarra, that gave Newport the ability to find more space pushing forward, they are a strong side, able to hold the ball well in tackles.

Agree. Broadbent was playing fine. Should have stayed on.

Could we have too many options?

Ah well.
I reckon this loss will do us good if they learn from it.

Well… the second half was an education. Grant will be fuming.

We were ahead in all the stats, apart from the most important one.!

Shows we are competing and creating chances, but with work to do to find that consistency we need.

Next..

Well beaten. Some poor defending and we never really threatened in the second half.Newport deserved the win, pressed well and some good finishing. We need to earn the right to challenge in this league. Sobering thought for the players. Roll on the next game and 3 points !

I liked Fleming he kept pushing forward with intent.
Story had a torrid time with their player Kwamba today he was tricky and quick.
