Is anybody else having trouble logging into their Rovers account?

I've had mine for years and never had a problem but now it says my password is invalid.
Try as I may, the option to reset my password won't work - I don't receive an e-mail with a re-set code.

I've spoken twice to the Ticket Office and they have twice re-set my password but neither of those works either! I don't want to keep ringing them when they are so busy but I'm getting nowhere.

I e-mailed the Club on Monday but have had no response.

Is it just me?!

ive never had any joy with the online ticketing, and im very tech savvy, its just so much easier to ring up and speak to someone (especially when you are buying for a group of folk) :-)

That's exactly what I was getting BST, including not receiving a re-set e-mail when I requested one.
I tried numerous times.

Ironically, only after I posted this thread did I finally succeed in logging in, and I'm honestly not sure what I did differently.

BST, just out of interest try this with your old account log-in:

Instead of clicking on 'log in' at the top right of the Rovers website front page, click on the 'tickets' tab at the top left.
This should take you to the page where you can sign in, including using your (old) supporter number.

That's the way I've managed to get around the problem.

I did the same thing - the ticket tab gets you in with your original login. Before that I tried resetting my password to no avail.

The ticketing site is a separate site from Rovers official site, including the new Rovers+, replacing Ifollow.  Your login for tickets remain unchanged.

You only needed a new login to be able to watch highlights/streaming etc, as you would have done for IFollow.
