Supporting vs goading

When you're SUPPORTING your club you spend most of your time singing songs to SUPPORT your club

When you spend 90% of the time concentrating on the opposition and constantly chanting moronic c**p like "you scouse c***" or "dyche is a pedo" you're doing just that, chanting moronic c**p. That's not support

Eg it's utter cringe when singing "3 0 and you still don't sing" literally 10 seconds after they've scored

And this is why I stopped attending away games - it’s moronic, stupid and downright disgusting

Oh no Sven! Some of the prawn brigade can be rather vile and course fellows you know. Just like to sit with well brought up people with good social values. In the past I have even mixed with people from Thorne ask Wolfie.

I agree, GR. It's all about standards. I've been in some houses where you can't have a p*ss in the sink for mucky pots.

The support was excellent last night. It is part of football having banter with the opposition fans.
It’s football.
Some want us all to sit on our hands and just watch the game.
I can only imagine how proud the team felt hearing that great support.

Thing is that's exactly the point I was trying to make. It's SUPPORT when you sing about your team and yes of course the odd bants flies about. But my God the constant crap was a joke. However sounds like it was around the section I was in and not the while away end thank god

Original post wasn't about banter chants in general, complaing about naughty language in general, nor anything related to home atmosphere or other aways. Just my God it was constant tripe at everton and a total waste of effort and frankly embarrassing. But just seems like consigned to a small section unfortunately it appears all around me
