Dear Santa ....

As my Christmas Prezzi ....  Please can we have Craig back on loan

He's started a mere 9 league games + 4 substitute appearances.

I'm sure he would jump at the chance for playing for a City team   rather than wasting his life in sticks of Dingleland   :santa: :santa: :santa: :santa: :santa:

I did after all tell you he was too good for this division when we signed him .

He is on a season long loan, so unless Spurs recall him I can't see this happening....

I’d guess there’s a break clause in there for January. The same I’d imagine we have on Yeboah who I can see leaving in Jan too

In all honestly I cannot see why Grant wouldn't keep Kelly as he's rapidly improving and maturing game on game, and him and Craig are very similar and wouldn't fit in the same team.

The other point is the effect this would have on our future ability to attract  loanees from premiership sides, binning off Kelly to get Craig back in wouldn't half piss off West Ham and understandably so. Grant has a proven record of bringing on these young lads if they perform and giving the game time needed to develop them.

In Yeboah's case I agree, no end product whatsoever - send him back to Bristol.

I don’t see Craig and Kelly being similar at all.
Very different players imo.
Craig was much stronger physically and his ball winning attributes are something Kelly doesn’t have.
PK is very good running with the ball something MC wasn’t particularly good at.

Yes we do miss the Bailey Craig partnership. There is no question about that. In the last 3 months of last season their understanding was almost telepathic.

I’d go further than that Campsall, it was as though each one knew what the other was thinking.
