I have just sent this email to the media manager, "As I cannot access my Rovers+ account I wish you to stop taking any further money from my account. I am told by the bank I have to do it this way as it is not on a Direct Debit but a continuing purchase, of £4.50 each month. If you do not cease taking money then HSBC will raise a dispute with you to prevent any more money being taken."
The management of the system is not up to a professional standard and needs to be made to work, I don't see why we should expect no service for a donation each month.

Mickey Walker outdid himself last night. Some real gems. Highlight surely “It’s not over until the fa…..well, I won’t say that on the radio. I will get into trouble. You can’t say anything these days”.

Three different people messaged me saying how bad it was. No idea how he’s still getting a gig!

There surely cannot be many issues more important than facilitating supporters’ ability to follow matches which they can’t attend. I too have found it difficult, almost every time, to log on to Rovers+ and the reason is that it is not a straightforward process. It ought not to be more complicated than iFollow, but it is, yet it’s supposed to be better.

It underlines a fundamental problem which can arise in developing IT Systems; the failure to engage with real Users, or even worse, the failure of the customer to get involved with the developers to make sure that they know and I understand their needs and those of their customers who will also need to use it.

The way the new Provider was announced, linking its name with big PL clubs makes you wonder whether the club were dazzled by the Provider’s publicity and never bothered to examine the quality of its User Interface. Surely if they had done User Testing, perhaps in conjunction with the Shadow Board, this sort of logging on problem would have come to light and been rectified (or they would have chosen a better system). Proper User Testing would have involved having non-technical people logging on to Rovers+ and them saying what the problems were. They would also have run test data through the player biography section. If these two important problem areas are typical, it makes you doubt the soundness of the system as a whole.

I have suggested that the Shadow Board should take this up as it is a real concern. Some of us can’t even get to home matches and the Away fixtures are way beyond the means of the majority.

Barring the occasional audio blip this season, I’ve had no problems at all watching all league games.Strange one. I don’t know whether it’s to do with hardware used but I use an Apple Mac or IPhone. And can cast onto TV too, It’s been as good as IFollow. Clearly something is not right though.

I would like to applaud the Rovers fans last night that attended….I felt very guilty watching in comfort.

How do you cast on to a TV, I have an android TV from Sony and that doesn't work. Do you have a dongle or Apple TV?
Thanks
