Could easily have lost that in the dying seconds. Bishop slamming the post with a fierce drive.

Take a point under the circumstances. Hard work on a crappy surface.

So we end the year in the top three.
Plenty to build on for 2025.

Strange, was watching the bet365 graphic and it said dangerous attack and then a Colchester goal in the 96 minute….maybe they jumped the gun when it hit the post

For me the ref was itching to give colchester the advantage at every tackle, how Ironside never got a free kick for the blatent push on the edge of the area I’ll never know

Joe hardly ever gets a free kick in his favour.
We know he gives as good as he gets but no way does he ever get his fair share of free kicks, refs more often than not give them against him.

Apart from joe and teddy, the rest of the team were poor today.

Yes the pitch wasnt the best but we need to adapt, not just keep passing the ball short all the time. Change it up

Walsall winning with a late goal and now twelve points clear.

Finishing the year with that lead is a fantastic achievement from them.

McGrath has had a shocker there stepping out like that. Keeper should have saved that

Stepped in leaving their wide player completely free.

Commentator says he has never seen such a ridiculous decision.
Let’s hope we don’t lose this now.

A ridiculous decision by the referee?…or by Gibson?

Gibson, absolute idiot, didn't even look at McCann on his way off.

Not his biggest fan but I thought Broadbent was excellent today. Break up play good, & can only remember him giving the ball away once.

Look back at their goal, Olowu comes across the the lad that crosses it, the goal scorer meanwhile overtakes Broadbent into space, Broadbent never broke from his gentle jog back, he should have covered where Olowu had run from

That gentle jog is actually broadbents sprint.
I actually dont mind george but he is one of the slowest midfielders i have seen to the point that i think Tomlin was more mobile than him in his spell here
