Any observations how Crew's doing?
He looks a little lost, for me.

Not contributing much to be fair but it is his first ever league  start and Gills are a very physical team.

The goal apart that was a terrible first half from us
agreed. Usual weaknesses remain. The midfield is just not up to it. Early days for young Charlie but we need more from the rest. Our playmaker Sbarra has touched the ball 5 times and can’t tackle a fish supper. At least when Ironside is playing, he helps us get up the pitch.

Fabulous scoreline however.

Interesting stat, of all the players on the pitch Sbarra comes up with the most successful tackles won with 5.

Hopefully the half time team talk has helped. Just get a 2nd goal to help us push on.

He does look a bit lost but we’ve hardly had any of the ball so limited opportunity to get into the game there, and a lot of their attacks have been either down the wing or over the top so have bypassed him.

Just hope we come out with a bit of focus. Too many times we’ve conceded not long after half time.

I'd agree with that.

Crew looks like he is used to having more time on the ball

Not listening to Dee Dah because of the way they cover Rovers games. They are not worth listening to.

What difference was that drop ball to the one we should have had the other week?

If we can hang on for three points here that’s a big win.

I don't think the aim is hanging on, I wouldn't be surprised if Rovers put this to bed with a second.

We defended really well in that second half, much the same way as we did at Hull, as well as creating some really good attacks too.
Well done Rovers.
