There is zero doubt he's a good league 2 player with good strengths and a keen eye for goal. He has his limitations aswell and it's fair for Gazlaz to say that on this forum (although I disagree he's an average player at this level, he's better than that).  Ultimately what is correct is that to play Championship/Premier league level your mentality has to be the top aswell.  It's such a high level with high profile that mental toughness is probably above technical ability in terms of importance.

I'm a massive fan of Molyneux for us and my left footed lad loves him.  He's sometimes his own worst enemy because he can be so good for a while that people expect it every week.  He'd be 2 leagues above if he did that.  What he never stops doing is the hard stuff, he's always tracking back etc regardless of how well his attacking play is.  Some others could learn a lot from that.

His work rate does get overlooked.

All you have to do is watch the games properly, not just the ball and everyone will see his huge workrate up and down.

I can't remember but I'm sure Mccann has touched on his amazing stats in games.

Sometimes being down comes from frustration and trying hard and wanting so much to win/ play well etc and other people are not good enough to see it.

A very good player who we are lucky to have, wspecially in league 2, he deserves mass support in the club and from all supporters.
