Unfortunately the only bits of quality going forward have come from Moly or Sterry , they are looking like the only capable players of reaching the next level along with Joe Owolu at the back who has done ok too.

We’ve certainly not been embarrassed.

We just haven’t put our foot through the ball on most of our chances

Moly Eid is absolute quality. There will definitely be a few clubs sniffing in the summer transfer window

We’ve played really well, haven’t been embarrassed and hopefully take that through the rest of the season

If Rovers play half as well as this on Saturday Grimsby are in real trouble.

No shame in losing 2-0. A poxy first goal. We had shots but lacking power. We move on. Proud of the lads.

Gutted as I always want us to win or do as well as possible, but it was a bit powder puff in the end, with a few glimpses of ooh what could have been.

Molly was the real gem again, and they knew it by putting 3 on him in the second half! Sterry Owolu as well, the rest, (and only my opinion) average league 2 fair. I know that’s harsh, but the aspirations are league 1, most of these are not that good.

I do want to mention Broadbent( prompted by my lad ) he was actually pretty good tonight, and unlucky with their goal chasing back trying to head away as last man.

Score line says we gave them as much of a game as Manchester United did last week.

My big Man Utd mate reckons Rovers played a lot better than his lot did again Palace. He meant it too.
