I was surprised to see the condition of the pitch on Monday night, which seemed to be in a poorer condition than the my dons game.Did anyone else have the same view, or are awareness of the reason for this poor condition?

It’s been the same for the last 3 or 4 games, it seemed to take a turn for the worse after Christmas, and now the rugby is being playing on the pitch as well, it won’t be getting much better until spring. I suspect that it will once again be relaid in summer before the start of next season.COYR
When I watch the Big match revisited I often think, what would George Best or John Robertson do to defenders on the modern pitches.
Need the large ultra violet lights to keep the grass growing in winter. Of course it will never happen, they won't even replace the bulbs in the floodlights
