Season ticket renewal
« on February 19, 2025, 02:26:41 pm by knockers »
This is normally straightforward but I can’t find the option to renew my seat.
Any help gratefully received.

Easiest way is to phone up, especially if you've multiple seats for family.
There's nothing on my reserved tickets yet, wether it will get added in time.

Tried doing mine today online and you have to click on the person icon in your online account for club doncaster and click on season ticket. it will show you this seasons with renew greyed out, you then have to click it on the tick box in top left hand corner of it then you can proceed to renew it but i couldnt select anything other than pay now so there wasnt any option to put over 10 months etc for some strange reason

Did mine today, on the phone, took about 5 minutes in total including waiting to get through. A couple of tips don’t ring bang on 09.00 and try not to do it when the new away tickets go on sale. They’re roughly 6 weeks to sort it so everyone should be fine.

They are usually a bolt on option that comes later. Unless anyone in car park 2 doesn't renew which creates a space the option is usually for car park 3

Don’t then.

Do you go for the football and to support the team, or for freebies?

Pragmatic , I would guess. Also no Win money off your ST offers either

Let's face it the free shirts etc have to be paid by " someone " so I favour the lowest price(s) possible even if that involves ditching the "freebies"

The club tried to add value to season tickets with adding in other services. Covid put paid to the Purple Books but they also received quite a number of complaints, feedback etc that supporters stated they wanted the cheapest prices possible, and that’s the route they’ve followed for the last few seasons.

It seems they attract criticism no matter what they do. Today though they have probably the best pricing in the whole of English football.

The FSA have been collating away ticket pricing for the last couple of seasons and DRFC continue to be up there with the best value for money experience.

The old saying “you can’t please all of the people all of the time” still applies doesn’t it.

Bought mine in the South on line, no problem although the 28 empty boxes you couldn’t click on was a bit weird

Maybe give a 10 point start on the ticket priority as a season ticket holder bonus, it won’t cost the club anything.

I thought that was why they didn’t put a season date on it.

When I picked it up last year they said to keep it as they were hoping just to reload it

When I picked mine up last year they told me to retain the card for this very reason.
It makes a lot of sense.

This is a pity as a lot of people would like to keep a separate season ticket as a memento of each individual years season ticket. but hey ho its the future!

First thing I thought when I saw the card was why is there no date and the second thing was why is there no advertising on there.

When I collected this season's card from the ticket office the assistant commented that I looked a bit miserable on the photo. I said, "What do you mean?" She said, "Why the long face?"

They ought to raise the OAP concession to over 70-year-olds to save the club some money.
