Sorted thanks guys - managed to get a spot at the nearby Sainsburys for just under £3.00

Where did you find that?

I’ve also tried to book the Sainsbury’s car park but there’s no available spaces left.

I found it on JustPark app.
Never used it before but it looks fine and I booked for £2.94.

I use that App and also My Parking Space App as well.
Both are very good.

Thanks hound

I’ve only used My Parking Space previously and it worked well for me at the Harrogate and Chesterfield games.
However it had no availability for tomorrow, including at Sainsbury’s, so I just kept looking on the internet and eventually found a spot via JustPark.

Hope this helps others.

A must win game, if autos are our aim.

Three points we need, if we’re to succeed.

Last time I went I parked in a pub carpark just at the side of the ground. If you got a pint it was free parking. It was a night game back when Saunders was manager and they were flying and could of been top at the time. We won 1-2 with a last few minutes goal. Got very sketchy leaving that carpark and I fully expected my back window to get smashed as some young scroate and his mates started on my nephew and after I got in front of him and got him in the car they started throwing stones at us. The fans coach had some windows smashed as well. Id avoid that pub if it's still there. I don't think I saw any away fans drinking there and I definitely was the only away fans parked there.

Do they consider themselves ‘scoucers’?,
Their humour ‘elite’.
Let’s see their one liners,
Once they suffer defeat.

They’ll scatter their banner,
Throw their flags in the bin,
‘The Conference beckons fella’s,
But we won’t rub it in.

We’ve fluffed our lines versus Walsall and Salford. This has to be 3rd time lucky. We are running out of games should we mess up again.

How have we fluffed our lines. We have competed against those in similar positions and not lost.

Did Bradford fluff their lines tonight?

It's a competitive league.

Hardly fluffed our lines.
One defeat in 11.
If we’re fluffing our lines what are everyone else doing?

We beat Tranmere tomorrow & we leap frog Brad City into the automatic positions.

Walsall draw or lose & we leap frog them also into 2nd spot.

We have the team, the supporters & the management team to make tomorrow a good, good day.

Fair play to all you lads & lasses making the journey tomorrow.

I shall be watching the game swathed in nothing but Rovers shirt & shorts covered in lineament & ale. All at the local golf club where my membership is up for renewal.

I don’t fear a ‘black ball’….unless Rovers get a win by a big margin & I trip on the steps on the way out waving my shirt in the air.

Let's not forget this Tranmere after change of manager have recently:

Drew with Port Vale
Drew with Grimsby
Beat Bradford
Spanked Chesterfield (who spanked us)
Drew with Accrington from 3.0 down

Tomorrow is not an easy game at all

They are on a good run. Lost only 2 in 10, with 4 wins and 4 draws. They have won their last 3 home games against a mixed bag of sides in Chesterfield, Bromley and Cheltenham. They are tight at home - in their last 12 home games only once have they conceded more than a single goal. Feels a bit like a draw here would be a decent result and a win would be a really good result.

Just been on the Tranmere forums to see what they are expecting most will be happy with a draw and some thinking they can get a win, one poster mentioning that we have only on 2 in 20 games played on Good Friday.

Let’s hope grant has the boys fired up for this it’s time to standup and be counted and get the win

A draw might be a decent result in isolation but in terms of us achieving automatic promotion it wouldn’t be. We really need to win or we’re under immense pressure for the final three games.

Exactly this.
The points we’ve thrown away v Swindon, Bromley and Walsall mean normally good draws aren’t good enough for what we need.

I’m very confident today though.

What position would we be in tonight, should Walsall lose and we draw?

It’s too tight to call, and for sure a win will steady everyone - at least until Monday.
