All in all, if we do go up, we might be looking at an increase of 2-3k on average attendance. Some coming from more home fans but a large amount coming from regularly getting the away end nearly full. That could be an extra £1m income.
If we do manage to get promoted, League One is already shaping up. The following are sides that are definitely in League One next season, as they can now not go up or go down:HuddersfieldBlackpoolLincolnBarnsleyRotherhamStevenageWiganExeterPeterboroughNorthamptonTo this group you can probably add Mansfield and Bolton also, who look fairly safe bets to be in League One, and a little less certain but a betting chance of coming down are Plymouth and Cardiff City. I would also be surprised if Bradford and Port Vale didn't get promoted. If all that is the case and if we do go up, then we have games against Mansfield, Barnsley, Bradford, Rotherham, Lincoln and Huddersfield to look forward to next season. That's a prize worth playing for.You might also add Hull City who risk being overtaken in the fight to keep away from the Championship vortex. That would make a right old season if they did come down.
Kind of sick to the back teeth of Bradford so Walsall can take their place and also a place in next seasons lg1 bottom four
