It would appear Chelsea are looking at him to be in the Championship next season.
Never a cat in hells chance we could afford to sign him but a bit of Grant blarney might get him back next season.
If not as GM would say, we move on

Dare say he's the best keeper we've had for distribution, his kicking is very long & accurate with a good trajectory. Sharps goal was a classic example and good flick on by Ennis

In my opinion TLT’s distribution was better

The question about TLT might be taken out of our hands in Hull come down. They'd be silly to not play him and if they don't I doubt they'd allow him to come to a divisional rival.

As for TSL, he's improved massively over the season and yesterday was a culmination of it all. Confident, strong, brilliant.

If we could, I'd definitely take him next season. He's not ready for the Championship yet so hopefully Chelsea could see a year in League One being beneficial.

I still wouldn't have him next season but he was brilliant today. Cheers Teddy.

I would be more than happy if Chelsea loaned him back to us next season. He is getting better week on week.

Just my opinion but, anybody who wouldn’t be comfortable with TSL in our goal next season then I have no idea who else realistically would be better. I feel there is a premier league goalkeeper in the making there. TLT’s name is being thrown around a lot but I don’t think he’s realistic as would cost a lot of money.

In my opinion TLT’s distribution was better

Comparing 24/25 TSL to 23/24 TLT using FotMob

Long ball accuracy TSL 38.5% TLT 33.6%

Says TSL has far more sweeper actions too so stats say he is also much better at coming off his line than TLT.

TLT has slightly more high claims (both good) and is comfortably better at shot stopping.

If we even have half a whiff of getting either next year, I and I assume we all, would be very happy.

I had some doubts about TSL earlier in the season but there’s no doubt he has grown and developed as the season has progressed

He’s very young for a goalkeeper and has been thrust into the spotlight this season but he has done really well in my opinion.

This is the most difficult position on the pitch and this young man deserves huge credit for what he has done this season.
His penalty save yesterday was as vital as our two goals in getting us over the line.

Chelsea must be delighted that we have given TSL a full season of valuable experience. He wouldn’t have played for England’s U21’s if he hadn’t played all these games for us.

I have no idea what Grant’s thoughts are for the goalkeeper position next season but I’d be happy to see TSL back here for us in League One and it wouldn’t surprise me if Chelsea agreed to that.

Can't remember him having a save to make yesterday but very assured coming for crosses, just takes the pressure off our defence.

The goal that he conceded was clearly off side.

Looked blatant from the TV angle. Thankfully it didn't cost us!

Jatta was off and also the player who squared it across looked offside to me when he received the ball although that was a lot tighter
