Like you say it's not entirely down to us , might want to play regular Football and could be his final payday if he leaves on a free & gets a good deal elsewhere. I dare say as good as Olowu & Jay have been together Bailey & Tom have looked more solid since they've come in. Crew in midfield has helped protect the back four better also .
