League One looks strong next season IMO so I think we need to get our recruitment spot on, plus make the right calls on expiring contracts. I trust in McCann (and his staff) though so I’m sure he’ll get the vast majority of it right.

Street is long under contract and has done well. He might not have been in favour at Lincoln City but they will want a decent fee. That’s going to be tough for us to afford and then pay his wages. We do need to sort that central striker role though.

This season and last we really hit form when we got the january additions in midfield. I'd love us to get this position right as early as possible. Would love it to be crew but I trust grant to get it right before the season starts this season whoever we go for.

Think we will have more than enough players wanting to come to us, after seeing what Grant and the team can do to a group of players, expect a lot of clubs in the premiership and championship to be offering us players.

It’s down to grant and the team to find the team players the ones that will run through a wall and keep going

It’s not a certainty but the leap to League One means the pool from non league that has been so productive for the last few years is now likely very small. Getting lucky there in Bailey, Sterry and Molyneux has been a godsend.

Lincoln signed Collins on January, so doubt Street would be leading the line for them... Collins is quality and well liked.

Positions to sort, that’s the first thing and, imho, we need to look at:

Priority - keeper, or two.
Defence - centre back (Anderson deserves another year, surely) plus 1 new
Midfield - Fornah or someone like him
Attack - Striker and a winger who can play left or right.
