I didn’t really expect him to be offered a new deal, so in my eyes no big loss, he probably didn’t expect it either so got himself fixed up
No big loss ? Have you ever kicked a football. A great defender and a much better header of a ball than golden boy who has refused a contract.
Good luck Tom you’ve been a great servant to the club and the supporters.

I think your on your own with that one !! Tom has been ever present and has been more than loyal to the club but Grant offered him below his worth . McCann has a track record of player poor negotiations.. seven players gone from the squad now .

An assertion made without evidence can (and should) be dismissed without evdence.

Another one that doesn’t see the context in what I posted

I must admit Filo i had the same opinion about Christmas about Tom and Wood as they were fighting for fitness and were nowhere near the first team.
Toms swan song I think surprised most of the supporters and people at the club, one of our stand out players for those last games and changed most peoples view.
Could be we should have kept him this coming season but at 31 and potentially three years, two years written in stone and knowing we will try to strengthen he had to at least consider it and make a choice that suited him.
