Horrific standard wasn’t it. Just shows the difference in quality even between National League North and L2.

Says a lot when League 2 was god awful this season to watch!

Some of the crowds in National Leagues are amazing. Oldham v Halifax nearly 11,000.
Mind you considering the absolute borefest of the premiership I’m not surprised people want something different.

Be livid conceding goals like that if i was the Chester manager. Still, well deserved for Scunny, they have a job on recruiting for the next step up because the conference is a tough looking league next year. On today's evidence they'll struggle without some big signings.

  Well done Scunny, nice to see you on the way back and in good hands now.
  A special well done to Andy Butler great to see players that put on our shirt do well in football after retirement and Alfie Beestin who has made the best of what he had to do well in non league football at one of the top levels which is no mean feat.
