If we do get an offer sell, if it's true and I hope not, but the danger is we keep him and he is unsettled here, which seems to be the modern way with players nowadays and they don't put it in, or feign a lot of injuries which in his case could go un noticed.
Why isn’t this is the rumour mill?
Why does it bother you so much?
JM is a quality left back, easily L1. I wouldn't sell him unless a silly offer come in. Based on the injuries last year I don't expect that to happen.I expect he will have a full pre season and get his fitness back and be the JM we know again. He can easily compete at this level. His injuries to my knowledge have been contact/trauma injuries, this is due to his playing style I.e. allowing people to leave a late foot in. They aren't repeating deep muscle trauma. I think GM and the coaching team can fix this, also JM will learn aswell. For me Im keeping him every day of the week - compare a fit JM to Fleming (loaned from champ)Some void to fill

I used to think he was top class but made of glass, but he dipped noticeably last year. If we can get him back to how he was playing before (and then some), and robust enough to play 40+ games a season then we’d have some player on our hands, but if we get a decent offer I’d be tempted to consider it.

Smashing lad. Very intelligent and thoughtful. He said he'd struggled with injuries all season and was raring to get back to full fitness next year. Hopefully that'll still be with us, because I think he's one of the best we have.
