I used to work in Alfreton, a few years ago it has to be said, and the town centre was always a nightmare at lunchtimes. I usually parked at Tesco as I was only in town for about half an hour or so.

There’s only street parking near the ground - probably the nearest car park is near to the bus station and I think there’s one on Roger’s Street? At that time of night,  it’s anybody’s guess what it’s like.

is it that bad ,always park at red bank when I go to Manchester and I always remove everything as if you don't the window gets put in and the stuff gone

Alfreton Town were edged out 1-0 by Notts County in their first pre-season fixture at the Impact Arena. Lewis Macari’s well-taken goal settled the contest, as the Reds were left to rue missed opportunities in an otherwise competitive display.

We’ll see how we do later.
