Please contact the Box Office, either on 01302 762576 or email tickets@clubdoncaster.co.uk. Explain your situation and ask them to print you all new physical cards which you can collect on the day of the next home game you attend. Just allow a bit more time with your arrival that day to make sure you're not delayed getting into the ground once you've collected.
I have a physical card (requested over the phone) and all was fine with mine.Scanned first time so no problems.

Look at it this way...If it worked on Saturday with Exeter so you decide you will not get a replacement and it then doesn't work at the next home game, whose fault is that? Answer: YOURS!

None of the physical cards worked at the Exeter Game, they all need re issuing as digital or replacement physical. The turnstile operators were aware of this very early on Saturday and just viewed the cards to allow entry. The only cards that scanned properly were the digital ones. Many thanks to those that have already contacted us.

My mate has a Physical Card and doesn't post on here He has asked me to ask if the Card he has , and all the other Physical Cards out there have to be exchanged then are the replacements already awaiting picking up given that the problem was detected a week ago ?If not will everyone like him get a paper replacement till new Card arrives or are they printed " on site " ?If other people can't get to Box Office till ( say ) next Friday surely they won't get another new Card unless they are all ready to go or can be printed in situ ( sorry he took latin at School lol )
Sorted.By God, those girls in the ticket office are so good at their job, and always courteous. Over the years, they've been superb at dealing with all our issues.Because I've no transport, Donna assured me that my 3 STs will be sent straight out by post, and there'll be no postage costs at all this time.Brilliant service.
