Just tried to get tickets for myself and my daughter got the below message

The quantity of tickets owned by O'Connell, K***y exceeds limitations. To resolve, click "Assign Owners" and assign some of the tickets to other owners. Sorry, you cannot buy any more tickets to event Tottenham Hotspur v Doncaster Rovers 24/09/2025 19:45. Sales to this event are limited  to 0 tickets per event per history per item owner.

We both have season tickets and go to away games together, 60points on account.

Frustrating at times the website, not the first time had issues.

It really needs looking at the supplier it hasn't ever been that good to be honest on the website ticket sales.

Do you have the right corresponding name next to the right ticket category ie adult ticket next to an adult and child next to the child ticket? If they are different categories that is?
