Not a great experience for the lad....

On the contrary, it is good experience for him, if he looks at his own game and the teams he will see where they went wrong and what needs to improve, and if he implements them he will be better for us and Leeds.

Crew started for Wales under 21s again last night.

Played 84 minutes in a really good, and much needed, 2-0 away win in Austria.

I watched most of the game and he strolled through a generally slow paced game, playing a very disciplined holding role. Safety first and maybe a handful of progressive passes but by no means a dynamic performance. Neither side created much but Wales edged it with two decent finishes.

He did his job but League One football is a whole different ball game played at greater intensity. We know he can do it but he'll need to adjust to have much impact.
