We’ve sold roughly 500 tickets, how many have they sold, 27 ? 43 ? 81 ?
They are boycotting it. They do most Vertu Trophy games due to the u21 teams being involved.
Think the guy on the mic said Grimsby had given 400 tickets away

I thought I read that figure that someone on here posted a while ago.
£20 k for entering the competition.£10 k per win ( 90 minutes) in the group stages. So far this has brought in £40 k to Rovers.

I enjoy watching them. Remember Oscar Bob and Liam Delap playing for City against us. Serious players and it was interesting (to me!) seeing them live at a young age.

Delap looked like a competition winner in that game. Amazing how he's progressed really.

But for the serious fans organisations we still see this as a step too far, therefore if fans groups are still boycotting the competition then we’re ok with that. A £1m is not enough to allow the EPL to start entering their academy teams into EFL run competitions.
