Turns out the guard/ticket collector who put himself in front of the knifeman to save others is of Angolan descent called Samir Zoutani, possibly a Muslim.
Not the narrative Farage and his followers on here might like.

Algerian Muslim who risked his life to protect all those around him irrespective of creed, religion, colour or whatever.

That's the proper British spirit - not some racist troll saying send 'em home from behind a keyboard.

I interpreted from it that he is an absolute Kitson.

I suppose that had that comment been made by a Labour Mayor or MP and then subsequently been retracted then it would have been okay because they had apologised.

He DOES always drop the apology line when one of the Labour people cock up.

Hope you’re ok now Filo.

As well as I could expect, had echocardiogram last week, the blood clot that was on my heart has now gone, the cardiologist has taken me off Apixaban and put me on Asprin and discharged me from Cardiology, two more sessions of cardio rehab to go and thats everything finished on that front. Just got to keep up the gentle exercise now and try and eat more healthily. What I will say, and I’m sure others that have been through similar events will agree, something like that affects you mentally, theres always doubts there

I was at a Remembrance parade yesterday morning, standing next to a Reform councillor, who (despite this) is a decent bloke who I’m on friendly terms with.
He suddenly collapsed with a heart attack.
Luckily St Johns Ambulance people were on hand.
He’s doing OK in DRI.
