Frankie injury.

He’s out for 4 weeks.

Back to square one with the centre forward issue.

Other options not good enough sadly.

Looks like he’s been carrying in through the last few games. Did they have it scanned after the Wimbledon game?

If it's four weeks we've got to get someone else in as well whilst we can.

Bradford are supposed to be loaning Wheatley from Man U - he went to Walsall last year and didn't seem to play.

Hijack the loan  as he isn't going to play much at Bradford

Different leg according to Grant.

Another one in on Monday is a must , even when he comes back at least it’s another option : sharp and Hanlon won’t score enough or trouble defenders enough that’s been proven again today

Absolutely 100% need another option.

Love Billy but he's done, great sub/squad influence.

Hanlan is conference standard now, he's a Gary Mcsheffery squad standard player.

Only real option we have it to play Haks up top, nobody else in the squad comes close. 4 weeks could define our season (and the next) we absolutely need another #9

Has Haks ever played the centre forward role? Might not be a bad shout as we have enough wide players to cover those positions.

Only me that thinks this isn't the end of the world? Annoying yes but the talk im seeing on social media and here about confirmed relegation now is just plain silly.

We’ve got 3 centre forwards competing for 1 spot in the team. We can’t just go out and buy another one because the best one is out for a few weeks.

We created enough today without him, we should be able to cope and adapt until he’s back. McCann needs to work with what he’s got for once rather than adding to an already bloated squad.

I agree and believe the only way we lost today was that we failed to take just one of the many clear cut chances we created.
If Grant his not considering this option, it’s an absolute must that we play him in a forward midfield role.

I find it so funny that people are actually saying put Bailey upfront. He has no pace at all, keep him in midfield with Byrne at cb. I personally think we will be spot on. Burton and Rotherham coming up, fingers crissed we can get results from them. Come on Rovers!

Yet we can have 2 goalkeepers on loan? Makes no sense.

Allo Allo? Yes, we'll keep our fongers crissed, because it's still pissible that we'll stay up.

Then we'll all be hippy.

Ok, so why haven’t we coped and adapted all season, given the fact these 2 have been leading the line all season?

We haven't bought Frankie so for me, if he wasn't fit before the injury, he's going to be way behind when he cones back  from injury.
So I'd send him back to his parent club and bring in another loan, preferably someone who is fitter.

We haven't got 3 though, we've got one who's injured, one who's 39 and cant last, and one who's a complete donkey.

We need another

Been wondering if the agreement was a season long loan with an agreement to buy on some terms, staying up maybe? Otherwise why would Hull leave him here not playing?

I agree with this. Could do similar to what we are with Bobby. Go back there to get sorted and come back under the same agreement when he is fixed. Would give us chance to bring another in now and he could give us a boost in a month's time.

From GMs interview I fear we are dealing with getting him fit and no plan to replace or add.
